Downloading the Aegean Taxi: Ride app is simple and quick. Register in 3 simple steps, and you are ready to ride in 3 more easy steps:

1. Open the app and tap on “set pick up” location
2. Tap on “add drop off” to set your destination and see fare estimate
3. Tap “confirm booking” and once accepted, you’ll see your driver’s arrival in real-time on the map, along with their picture, vehicle and contact details.
You will receive a message notification upon driver’s arrival to your location.

Ratings and reviews

Did not live up to how it is described. One of the perks they mention is the ability to use credit cards with their drivers which I understood as in person and not only with their "wallet" in app (which did not let me add a card), however the first ride I booked I asked if they would take a card and they said no so I cancelled it. They then proceeded to take my phone number from the app and text me directly to harass me about the cancellation. Deleted my account immediately. Do not recommend.

Useless app and taxi company. Booked taxi in advance & at time it was due i got a cancellation notice. No explanation other than no drivers in area - since it was booked several hours in advance this i don't see how that couldn't have been planned or at least cancelled with a lot more notice. Almost missed my flight because of it.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve added the notification center for customers to receive in-app notifications about discounts, promotions, and updates. All notifications will be saved in the notification center and the pinned ones will be shown on the home screen until read.
