About this app

AirSewa is an initiative by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. It provides a common platform for air travelers to submit air travel related grievances and seek information about flight or airport operation in India.

The features and capabilities of AirSewa include the following:

Submit & Track Grievances: User can submit grievances for selected categories (E.g.: Airline, Airport) and track them

Check Flight Status: Check the live flight status of all current inbound and outbound flights

Flight Schedule: Check time table for all inbound and outbound flights operating for a specific route

Airport Information and Services: Check the services available in the selected airport. (E.g.: Delhi, Mumbai)

Help and FAQs: Get answers for common queries (E.g.: Passenger, Baggage)

Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately, there is no option to give this so called app zero stars. It is almost impossible to log in, and there are perpetual prompts to reset password- and even that does not solve the issue. The other frequent error is "was unable to form a secure connection". Or there will simply be an aero plane running in the background and no activity. Really makes me suspect that this is on purpose and there is some sort of an unholy alliance of airlines and the "AirSewa" portal.

Grievance section doesn't load. I'm not able to submit a complaint as the grievance section doesn't load. Looks like a very ingenious way to reduce complaints from customers on the airlines

This is a fake app made by govt to just show that you can register your greivance. but actually you can never login into this app
