Not sure what they did whit the latest update, just says, "ops something went wrong" when you try to search for a city, same for both departure or arrival. No logical error message at all, just the above text, definitely not helpful in any way.

I dont know with is wrong with this app sometimes. I want to book a flight. You do an inquiry and it is ok. when it comes time to book a flight. this app is like to sensitive. seems like when there are a lot of customers using this app at the same time it like creats a problem. the app doesn't preform properly. I tried for about an hour to book a flight it says all flights in February 2026 are booked out. its 23/12/2025. Such a frustrating incontinence.

I would like to commend Malaysia Airlines for the excellent assistance provided during my recent flight delay. The ground staff were professional, calm, and very supportive. They promptly arranged hotel accommodation and meals, which greatly helped during the extended layover. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and customer service shown by the team during an unexpected situation.
