You spend 30 minutes going through all the steps to book your flight in the app, and then you are unable to press the last button to finalize the transaction. You keep pressing the last button to complete the transaction and nothing happens. So frustrating! Best to simply use Google Chrome browser from a PC. This app is worthless.

The app does not recognise past flight booking codes, so can't register previous flights. The point tier system counter resets every time to zero, so I never make the next level. Designed to chace users to other airlines. Surely very embarrassing app for Malaysia Airlines. Other negative reviews suggest these problems have existed for several years.

Whatever you do, do not clear the selection after you have paid for something as it will cancel your purchase and Malaysia Airlines will keep your money. And if you call them, email them or live chat with them, they won't admit that it isn't stated anywhere that clearing the selection AFTER purchase cancels that purchase - but they are mighty quick to keep your money. Extremely poor app and rotten customer service.
