The "Parkvogel - Clever.Parking." - App is your personal companion when parking at Düsseldorf Airport. Using the simple and intuitive operation, you can find free parking spaces at Düsseldorf Airport and, if desired, reserve them in advance for your next holiday. With the help of your personal customer account, you can make bookings or view existing and old bookings.

But that's not all: the park bird assistant accompanies you on your journey and provides useful information and assistance in all situations. A real highlight is the integrated indoor navigation, which navigates you safely to your destination within the Parkvogel car park at the PSD BANK DOME.

The most important features of the "Parkvogel - Clever.Parken." - App are:

PARKING SEARCH
The app shows all available Parkvogel parking spaces (incl. price, distance to the terminal and transfer) around Düsseldorf Airport in a selection list. By selecting a parking space, you will receive all relevant detailed information on the selected parking space. A direct parking space booking is also possible here.

PARKING SPACE BOOKING
If you wish, you can reserve your parking space in advance so that you can start your holiday relaxed. Only four booking steps are required for this (logging in to the customer account is a prerequisite):

1. select the parking period
2. select the desired parking space
3. enter payment details (and flight number optional)
4. send booking

PARKING ASSISTANT
The heart of the app is the personal parking assistant "Paul Parkvogel". It guides you through the entire parking process and provides a lot of additional information about the flight. The assistant supports you in the following steps:

- Navigation to the car park (via Google Maps)
- Provision of the entry medium (e.g. QR code)
- Storage of the parking position
- Navigation to the terminal or transfer (bus shuttle or SkyTrain)
- Display of the check-in counter in the terminal
- Display of the departure gate in the terminal
- Display of the baggage carousel
- Indication of payment option (e.g. automatic pay station)
- Indication of the departure medium

BOOKING OVERVIEW
As a registered and logged-in app user, you can see all the parking bookings you have made (past, current and upcoming) in your personal customer account. By selecting a booking, all relevant details of the booking are displayed.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Your personal customer account allows you to make car park bookings or view your bookings. You can log in to an existing customer account or create a new one. To create a customer account, we need personal data such as e-mail address, name, address and telephone number, which we will of course treat confidentially.
