This is a simplified demo version of Albatross, a mobile application that makes it super easy for your organization to keep track of its items. Use this demo to explore the possibilities of barcode tracking for your organization, then get in touch for a customized, tailored implementation.
You can use Albatross to keep track of anything that you can put a barcode on:
- Equipment that moves to and from the field
- Sensitive hardcopy documents
- Your inventory
Once your items are tagged with barcodes, your employees can use the Albatross app to scan them when they are checked in or out of storage. Each transaction is logged in the database. This ensures a clear audit trail and saves time that would be wasted searching for them.
Supervisors can use the app to generate easy-to-read Microsoft Excel reports and receive notification emails when transactions occur.
