Update: You claim verification takes 4 weeks meanwhile it's more than that. Till now my account is still undergoing verification for over a month now! likewise withdrawal is not possible without confirmed verification. You're telling me, if I transfer money into the account it will work but I can't buy shares, withdraw, or do anything. It's cheating... All information is provided and yet asking for information. your app doesn't even allow the user to fill in other information. It's a shame

It has been almost eight months since I installed and registered my account, yet it remains unactivated. Despite sending numerous enquiries regarding the delay, I have received no response. Furthermore, the funds I deposited are locked, and I am unable to withdraw them. This situation is both disappointing and frustrating. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly, allowing me to either commence trading or withdraw my funds at the earliest opportunity

So I've been waiting for the account opening for a long time now and still not gotten any messages regarding it. I checked in with your platform ai assistant and it told me an email or notification has been sent to me hence my account is pending and awaiting client approval or something like that. The thing is, I checked my email and there's nothing there neither have I received any notification both on my phone nor on the website page.
