It is the easiest food diary I have found and I have tried so many. It's easy to just take a picture of the food or the ingredients in a meal before I cook it. Or I can just scan the label. It's easy to add a food if they don't have it. you can change your calorie goals and you're fat carb and protein goal. It's easy to see you're not searching through the thousands of things to find what you want and you're not searching all over to find where you are today. A very easy no-nonsense app. Wish they would add a water category tracker and expand to add exercise as well but as a food diary this is the best.
Love this!! It's so easy to be accoutable for all my calories. Literally point, click, quantaties, submit. If you're like me and eat "uncommon" foods you may have to take a few seconds to enter the nutritional info but it's well worth the effort.
So far so good. I have dreamed of a food diary like this so glad someone thought of it.
IT is amazing. A workout diary.. And "daily note section, journal area" Would be cool.
