ClinDesk Companion is the phone app for ClinDesk, the private workspace for clinics that answer patients on WhatsApp.

See the patient alert before you leave the room

When a patient message needs your attention, ClinDesk sends the relevant context to your phone with end-to-end encryption. Open the alert, review the intake, and decide what happens next.

Requires ClinDesk on your computer

Companion is not a standalone clinic app. It pairs with ClinDesk on your computer through a one-time QR scan. After pairing, ClinDesk can send encrypted patient alerts, current patient context, and draft approvals to your phone and paired smartwatch.

Patient context that is ready to read

See the details you need when you are away from your desk: reason for visit, age, city or area, medications, allergies, and visit type. From the patient view, you can open the conversation in WhatsApp.

Review and send suggested replies

ClinDesk can prepare a suggested reply and send it to your phone for approval. Read the patient message, check the draft, then send it as is or modify it before sending.

Critical alerts for real emergencies

Emergency-priority alerts can ring through Do Not Disturb and silent mode so you do not miss the cases that really need you. Routine alerts respect your normal notification settings.

End-to-end encrypted alerts

Patient alerts are encrypted on your computer and decrypted only on your paired phone. Push services only carry the encrypted payload.

Important: ClinDesk Companion displays messages, patient context, and drafts already prepared by ClinDesk on your computer. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, advise, measure, or replace clinical judgment.

What’s new

Approve right from the notification. Send a suggested reply or Confirm an appointment without opening the app.

Suggested replies now update to sent on their own, no manual refresh. Your patients and recent activity are sorted by most recent.
