l've submitted several tickets in the app but none show up and have emailed support directly twice. The Al has been stuck trying to do the initial phone call and left me able to do nothing in the app. I've given it permissions, cleared cache, reinstalled, and rebooted and have had no response from support. At this point I was able to use the app for less then a few minutes. Please fix it quickly or give me a refund.

The concept of the app is good, but the AI coach is genuinely terrible. You cannot log meals without going through the AI, and the process is extremely frustrating. It asks what meal I had, I answer. Then it asks when, I say dinner. Then it asks what I ate for dinner, even though I already answered. After I provide the details, it keeps asking the same questions again, including when, what, and how much, even though I have already answered and would not log the meals. completely useless.

The reviews on this app have to be PAID!! it doesn't work. unfortunately I fell for the scam. I saw a review on tiktok and didn't know it was sponsored. I downloaded the app and paid for it. "Glow" makes the recipes and I would follow them just for her to turn around and say I had to many carbs. also it doesn't even follow the stuff you dont like. so it asks all those questions at the beginning for fun.
