my issue with this service is, 1. its hard to retrieve your messages and 2. the connection is bad It's fades in and out and has a feed back sound and its hard to hear each other and you cannot cancel the subscription even though they say you can we have followed directions to the T but its impossible to cancel plus they have my messages held, I believe this is intentionally done this way to keep billing you if this subscription isn't canceled or removed I will be forced to take legal action

Terrible app. Lots of glitches that still haven't been worked out. Made it difficult to answer calls or hang up. calls were dropped endlessly during conversations. couldn't use the speaker or hands-free. Didnt work with my vehicle to hangup calls. problems were endless. nightmare with this service. do not suggest using this professionally for business help.

OVER AGGRESSIVE! I Cannot cut this thing off! I have disabled it, uninstalled it, and it's still Answering my calls! This Is Not User Friendly! The"Help" or "Chat With Us" Is Not Working, and is limited to the App's Suggestions Only! This App Is Making me miss important calls!!!! Call forwarding is not working correctly, and in "The Settings" it is useless because I can cut the service off!!!😡

Clara Teams is here. Pro users can now add teammates to their Clara business account.

As the owner, you choose what each teammate sees: all calls, or only the ones assigned to them. Once someone has access to an inquiry, they can call the customer back and resolve it themselves.

We also fixed some issues in the Teams interface.
