Terrible app. Lots of glitches that still haven't been worked out. Made it difficult to answer calls or hang up. calls were dropped endlessly during conversations. couldn't use the speaker or hands-free. Didnt work with my vehicle to hangup calls. problems were endless. nightmare with this service. do not suggest using this professionally for business help.

App is slow to answer calls takes about 5-10 seconds for app to load so I can answer the call, when trying to switch to speakers or Bluetooth it doesn't do anything. Everything else works as it should though. tried using the message support function and was absolutely useless.

Clara is a phenomenal game-changing app; especially for independents and small businesses. After setup and personalization tweaks, you can sit back and KNOW you now have a top team member at your service. Clara tirelessly works in a dependable and reliable manner to field client calls.

What’s new

This release brings 3 big additions. There's a new Contacts screen where you can see everyone in one place, browse your full history of past conversations, and save or edit their details for quick access.

You can now make outbound calls. Call any contact through Clara and keep every call recorded in the app, so you never lose the context of a conversation.

And you can now pause Clara. From your receptionist settings, set Clara's availability and pause it whenever you need a break.
