October Update Doesn't Work. It asks you to press and hold to prove you're human, gets hung up, and won't complete the order. Also, it now tracks your location at all times. Why would a restaurant app need to know your location even when the app is not in use. How about less personal surveillance and more reliability? I had to go to the website to order.

This app and reward points haven't worked since June 2022. I've made several purchases and no new reward points have been added. I get push notifications for new deals but when I click on the app, nothing. To top it off, there's no way to contact customer service. This app is basically bloatware at this point.

After ordering two froyos on the app the server denied me both froyos because with out a ticket on his register I will not have my froyos. I took his app from my phone to show him the thank you & completed transaction they tell when I can pick up the order but after seen his own app he only asked for my name but didn't find it on the register so I never got the froyos or my money back.
