Ratings and reviews

I bought cameras and used this app because of all the good reviews. The cameras were easy to install and the app was easy to use but the cameras fail to do one simple job - actually record anything useful. Even at the highest setting for motion detection and notifications, anyone can come on my property and take anything and the cameras catch none of it. SD cards don't seem to work for recording. Customer service chat doesn't work, nor will they email back to help.

It's ok. I don't think using the app is very intuitive, and I get confused at what day I'm looking at when I'm browsing the events. The biggest complaint I have is not being able to speed up playback. It's unbelievably annoying having to watch 3min videos in real time just to see if anything actually happened, especially when there's 40 "events" on 1 windy night. I'm trying to catch whose dog is pooping in my yard, so I end up having to watch hours of video of nothing. 🤦‍♀️

I've had my bird watching camera for a few months now and overall I am happy with it, but I changed my review to 3 stars for a couple reasons. I have a lot of issues with my live feed going offline, I have to turn the camera off and back on and sometimes that will fix it but currently my live feed does not work. It will still record when it detects motion but no live feed. I don't know if this is just an internet connection issue or what but the camera is on my porch so cant get it any closer.
