I have been using your POS terminal for over a year now. The terminal I can say is great and you have good service. But for some months now the rate of declined transaction for which customers are debited has increased. Initially when I started using the POS such a thing was rare. Another problem is you can no longer check history of complain anymore. I logged a complain but cannot check if it's resolved. Also I cannot see previous issue history. Please rectify it on the app

Using their service is risky, if you run into trouble, there is no one to talk to. My app got locked for over a month now. I sent multiple emails, calls, but no response till date. I can't access my money anymore. I don't recommend this app

The application receipts hasn't contents sender's name which is making serious problem at certain points of transaction. Secondly sender's phone numbers suppose to be optional as isn't in the application. Sometimes the owner of the terminal may wish to make a transaction with his own registered phone number and the application rejected the transaction.
