About this app
Cooking with someone?
Nommer splits any recipe between two phones. You each get your own half, timed so everything is ready at the same time. No more reading over each other's shoulder or asking "what do I do now?"
HOW IT WORKS
• Add a recipe from any website, an Instagram reel, a TikTok, a YouTube video or a photo of a cookbook page.
• Nommer turns it into two timed checklists, one for you and one for your co-chef.
• Invite them with a link or a QR code. When one of you ticks off a step, the other phone updates straight away.
• Nommer tells you when to hand something over, like "Bob hands you the lemon", so nobody is left waiting.
PLAN A DINNER PARTY
Pick a few dishes, invite your friends and see who's coming. Everyone shares one shopping list, so you can claim what you'll buy and tick it off in the shop. When it's time, decide who cooks which dish and start them all with one tap.
COOKING TOGETHER AS A COUPLE?
Make date night at home the fun part. You and your partner each get a real job, so nobody is stuck watching the other one cook. It works for a romantic dinner, an anniversary or a plain Tuesday.
COOKING WITH KIDS?
Give your kid their own checklist on their own phone or tablet. They tick off their steps, you tick off yours, and family dinner is something you made together.
COOKING FOR TWO?
Every recipe in the feed is already split between two cooks, so you've got recipes for two ready to go. Pick one and cook it together tonight.
EACH COOK IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE
Cooking with someone who'd rather read Spanish, Dutch or Japanese? Nommer translates the recipe, so you each see the plan in your own language, in more than 30 languages. It works the other way too: import a recipe in any language and cook it in yours.
ALSO IN NOMMER
• A feed of recipes that are already split for two
• Cook solo when it's just you
• Metric or imperial, whichever you prefer
• Save favourites and share collections with your household and friends
Nommer is free to download and try. Cooking together uses credits, or go unlimited with Nommer Pro.
