Absolutely mindblowing - the perfect way to create a mental health habit. Odyssea manages to keep it fresh with new exercises each session, and the narrative of exploring inner worlds resonates well with me. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking emotional regulation and self awareness.

app is great but it doesnt warrant the price after the trial period, put some ads in it if you need to make some money, the days get repetitive, but this concept of a duo like app for mental health is great. I wouldnt pay 70$ a year for guided meditation and a chat with an ai, but i may come back after you guys rework this a bit.
