The transcription feature is no longer working. I emailed you 3 times with no response. i have 944 minutes. 25 August 2026 - thank you for your response. How can the recording i made have no audible speech when i can play it and hear it? What does "upload error: cannot access free variable 'segments' where it is not associated with a value in enclosing scope" mean?

Great app with some room for improvement. The transcription defaults are excellent. I'm impressed by the results. The functionality is very basic. You can't customize much. You cannot copy/paste the transcript text, only export to certain apps. It has occasional glitches. Once I've received the transcript without any punctuation. For the kind of money you are paying, there could be more attention to the user experience.

Awesome app! Multiplied my output alot to have an app as a personal secretary! 95% correct transcriptions in Dutch, every here and there some blank spots, or incorrect voice label but the in app voice and text replay you can correct that easily. The only thing that is a bit of a hassle is file transport from my phone to my laptop. Highly recommended.
