The app was good at first. The imagine feature was fun to use for animations. But when the moderation started becoming strict, the app just went downhill. I sit down and come up the perfect prompt and then Boom. Black banner. denied. I can't even do spicy animations any with images from my gallery anymore. Instead we have to use the ones from the app. Please rethink your decision and bring back the old grok.

In short, Grok somewhat recently had a lobotomy... The app used to be much more creative and free from needless restrictions. Video generation through Imagine is now heavily moderated and the quality of what's generated feels more stiff and robotic. I'd highly recommend looking for better options (ESPECIALLY at this price point). I thought taking the dive and shelling out the $99/mo for this subscription would change things, but it's still the same behind the ludicrous paywall. Too bad. 🤕🧠🤖

AI itself works well. The rest..? Pretty terrible. The app "log in with Google" will load forever and refuse to open after you sign out more than once. The limits are ridiculous; the reload after a few hours was understandable, but a 24 hour window? Really? The subscription prices are insane. The only thing that keeps Grok from being a single star is the fact that it can do more than other models. Otherwise? Complete rip-off.
