I thought the Log Out button would be ideally convenience on the right top corner in the previous version of this app rather than hidden inside the Menu on the top left, this mean, you have to press one more step and I don't think this will encourage user to press the log out button once you done your business. I would recommend if you can put the alert notification on each transaction that you make.

Most mediocre bank and app I've ever used. It just takes forever to do the most menial tasks. Amongst the terrible features are: the app is hard to navigate - it has terrible sense of UI and required so many taps to do you what you need, it doesn't allow you to add contacts via the mobile app (despite the phone being a trusted device), and as of lately the app won't even open because it says it doesn't trust the next work I'm in (Currently using Vodafone data).

3DS authentication often doesnt appear - 8 times out of 10 it doesnt appear leaving me in limbo trying to complete my online purchase. When it does appear, it doesnt always work either so I'm not sure if payment has been taken or not. Logging in is a continuous issue, security check complete, but its not, then it tells me to update app, which i do, but that doesnt fix the issue either. Very poor. Would score less than 1 if I could. No wonder customers in Ireland are jumping ship to Revolut!!
