Ratings and reviews

The TV version of this app (Samsung) is woeful. I've reinstalled about 20 times now and it still has a relentless number of bugs. It often doesn't open at all, freezes, kicks me out of the app and asks me login midway through watching a show. Most of the time it doesn't remember where I got up to and starts the episode from the beginning, so irritating. Other apps seem to work fine with none of these problems. Mobile version of this app seems to work okay

Rubbish! I don't know why i bother trying to use this app. Far to many adverts for a start! Also at the end of the ads the programme I am watching won't start again? It just completely crashes so I have to come out of it then back on to the programme but 8/10 times the programme starts all over again which is infuriating. Also it runs so slow!! Definitely not the Internet as every other streaming app works with no problems at all.

Woeful, almost certainly and by some distance the very worst of all British TV apps. It's greatbfoe delivering ad, but not the content that viewers want to watch. Right now that's the Rugby World Cup, every match I get the same error Something Went Wrong at our end, please try later. Over and over again the same issue. The developers should hang their heads in shame for turning out this crapware
