A real downgrade from BritBox. I had hoped for a smooth transition of features and content when going across from BritBox, but basic things like 'Next Episode' autoplay is missing, especially when casting to a Chromecast for example. This means you have to manually find the next episode and click play, everytime! A real step backward. Sort it out ITVX or you'll be loosing this customer and a great deal many others!

The worst streaming service in the UK on a technical level. It's optimised for mobile only, so works poorly on my smart TV. The homepage has serious lag. After ad-breaks an error message often appears over the still playing TV show saying it can't load it and your only option is to quit and reload. ITVX often doesn't recognise you've played an episode all the way through. Shows are arbitrary removed and replaced with a different listing for the same show.

Bloody Awful. In the app on my phone, try to watch live, it just tells me to "Get The App"...... What??? Then it tells me to sign in, already signed in, my emoji is at the top of the screen. Doesn't recognise my username and password, so change password, click on email link, open email, click on reset, back to original screen in app. Not signed in. Round and round in circles. ITV I believe, are in financial trouble. That's why there's so many drama programs based on crisis. Cheap to make.
