All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

A disgrace of an app for an international bank. Google TalkBack accessibility was broken a few updates ago, and despite flagging the same through review, and even writing to the CC, no response other than posting a form link that doesn't work. Blind users have absolutely no way of accessing the app after logged in. No interaction whatsoever possible with the app screen with TalkBack. Sad thing is that, it used to be a fairly accessible app a few months ago. Total Disaster now.

This is the worst mobile banking application I have used so far. Everytime I tried to login on my app it says incorrect password and I have to reset password. Why you can't copy other banks application they are so easy to use. On top of that their OTP never comes on time..I have tried multiple times but no luck . Thanks to other software engineer who has developed UPI else I would never be able to transfer money or use online transfers. Not expected from bank like this you have to really work h
