You need to look at the login screen again. Once the keyboard comes up the email part goes into the password field. That's on a 5 and 5.2" screen.
Only app I've used on my samsungS8 that constantly freezes and keeps loading. Frustration levels high when in the servo trying to scan the phone. I gave up.
Love being able to order coffee from home and have it ready to pick up any time.
While I love the convenience there are a few things off with the app. 1. The rate order button is just overlayed on top of the thanks for rating message, only problem is, you can see the message through the button, this is poor design. 2. You can't use your Velocity FF card if you purchase through the app, need a way to link this to your app account. 3. Needs a button to clear all the reminder messages, I order through the app ALOT and to clear these messages in bulk is a major nuisance! Still, thanks for the system overall, it just needs some tweaking!
I ordered, used my FREE coffee, had the info displayed to "collect my coffee from Hillcrest in 9 mins" and upon arrival was told there was no order. In fact it said I was a minute late collecting. The manager looked at my phone, didn't disagree but then "surfed" my phone app for past orders and found there was no order in there. It's possible something went wrong but not sure if by me or the app. And even tho the coffee was going to be free, after all that the Manager wanted me to do it again. How abt just giving me a coffee. Bad app, very poor service, go to your local instead.
Snt my first order across and it sent the wrong thing. Still had to wait 10 minutes for my (average at best) coffee
