Action on a worry You say that if your still worried about something you can add an action on it. How do you do that? I've just started using it and it's great. I'd like to be able to schedule actions on worries that are not hypothetical worries.
Handy little app I found this really useful with controlling anxiety. It is simple, easy to use and didn't notice any issues.
How do you go back to your previous worries. Every time I go back to history there's nothing there. Thanks
It works! Honestly, even though I've only used the app a couple of times, it really helps!
Works I havent been using this long but i know its helped a lot.
Good app however notifications aren't working for me.
In this update we're making it easier for new users to learn about WorryTime, including:
- Guided steps to set time and duration of WorryTime
- New help tips on the home screen in case you get lost
- Better timing for help tips showing up
We've also zapped a couple of bugs where actions were disappearing and animations got stuck.
