Takes ages to load up initially, then after clicking allow access to my albums on my device, and going in to the standard prints section, my folder names show up, with grey thumbnails that appear to be loading up but nope, the thumbnails vanish and that's it. I can never see even 1 photo, never mind selecting any. Fail, fail, fail. Don't try the officeworks app as an alternative either, it's even worse - ONLY allowing connection to an in store kiosk and it can't even do that right.

Not convenient. Does not load images to the app. I have tried multiple times but I can never get it to open any photos or images from my phone onto the app. I do not recommend

Extremely disappointing, you get to the pay part and it uploads the photos and just keeps looping. You click pay and it uploads your photos again, so you can not actually complete the transaction! Also it is extremely slow to open, I have an octacore processor and 8GB ram so should not be slow. When you click on a special in an email, the app opens but you can not see the special anywhere! It's a complete stuff up and makes me not want to use Big W to print my photos. Extremely disappointing!
