I have the language set to English, yet still get text pop ups in Spanish. Also, cant play Sketch with bots at all, no habla Espanol.

Not a great card app. You don't have an option of playing the games by specific rules like canasta and dominoes. The canasta game has a bug, if you minimize the app your cards in your hand still show in your hand even after you discard them. Bots still play during ads. The teammate bot always makes dumb moves like turning a natural canasta into a mixed or holding onto important cards or playing them in the wrong spot.

I think the game is bias to region. The game plays your hand for you even when there is no system or network connection issues. You lose when it plays for you and you lose points, its a okay game but the automatic plays thats are specific to the Domino in your hand is discouraging.
