Game is called scopa online. I have tried on play onn6 different occasions online, waiting 15 mins each time and have never been able to find a game.

It looked like fun, so I pre-registered. Problem is I don't know how to play and the only rules it offers are for something called Eureka. If you've never heard of this game, skip it.
