My review: This is a good way to take you through the steps of anxiety management except I still end up getting stuck without guidance in implementing some of the steps. I was hoping it would keep track of my responses, maybe let me store my specific strategies and "happy thoughts" that I've chosen, and see what works best.
Helpful Helpful. One suggestion ...you should allow the program to record your emotion levels each time you choose a level on the scale. It would be useful to determine progress.
Poor. For people who don't question why. Only of use if you do not have a mind that questions why to do this and what are the expected outcomes as well as only of use if you can remember everything. Otherwise as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
