Can't seem to do anything with this app other than change colors or move my photos around from one device to another. Background remover removes the background and half of everything else I'm trying to save. Went and bought a green back drop and this app still continues to remove everything including half of what I'm trying to save. This problem happens on both my phone and laptop so I don't believe this is not an android issue. Definitely not renewing my subscription with befunky

Could someone please help me. I was charged $70+ dollars and I meant to hit the monthly subscription, not the whole year. I was prompted to delete my account, can't tell if that worked or not I would like the money refunded and to pay the $12 instead. If that isn't possible, I would atleast like to be able to use the app. I just read I wouldn't be able to use it again for a month. I'm just really confused at the moment and need a straightforward answer.

Subscription based app. Pretty sure I had a paid version before, but that's all been taken over by subscriptions. The old version was solid, but this turns out to be yet another app trying to bleed customers. There are PLENTY of apps (paid and free) which can do what BeFunky can (could?) do. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's a shame that once companies get too big for themselves they go after their customers like this.
