The app disconnects from the control system after a short time of running. The only way to get it to reconnect is to force stop the app then restart it. Crestron needs to address this issue. Probably has something to do with Samsung's SPCM killing the Adobe AIR app. Crestron needs to write this app using captive runtime. You can't even get Adobe AIR from the Playstore anymore. This is 100%, a problem on Crestrons end.

Absolutely the worst app I have ever used, supports high end automation system. Crashes or locks up every single time it is used. They charge $100 for it and it is nearly useless

Please reach out to the Crestron Dealer responsible for designing, programming, and deploying your custom system for support. They should be troubleshooting device settings and network environment to ensure that your app offers a reliable and enjoyable experience, like so many other Crestron systems deployed across the world.

No updates since 2018 and not compatible with Pixel 7 Pro. Not sure if this is an Android 13 issue or a Pixel 7 issue, but either way it is super disappointing that this app doesn't work on newer devices.

That's device-specific. As of Oct.2022, of ~22000 Android device models there are ~8000 that are 64-bit (arm64-v8a), but only THREE that lack 32-bit (armeabi-v7a) backward compatibility - Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Renault openR link Android Auto. A separate 64-bit release is planned to support these devices, but there is no ETA at this time.

What's new

- Updated to Smart Graphics 2.15
- Can now view Crestron’s privacy policy and terms of use from within the app
- Improved performance of the notification widget
- Improved reliability when the app is running constantly
- Improved connectivity over ipv6 cellular data networks
