Doesn't remind you I paid $4 for this app which is supposed to remind you to do exercise at intervals throughout the day. However, it doesn't remind you. Defeats the purpose of the whole app.
Waste of money The concept behind this app is great. It was exactly what I was looking for to prompt me to take micro breaks at work and get up and stretch so I want in so much pain at the end of the day. Only problem is it doesn't work! The reminders often stop after the first micro break you take, the app often doesn't make a sound. When it does, your can't choose your own notification sound to make it unique from any other notification. I don't even try to use anymore
Great concept but doesn't work The concept behind the app is excellent. The videos demonstrating the exercises are well made, the exercises are excellent and effective. However the reminder system doesn't work at all, which completely defeats the purpose of the app. With this major flaw corrected, this app would easily be 5 stars.
Updated on December 3, 2015: I just noticed that the alarms don't work after I turn off and restart my phone. I had to open the app for the alarms to work again. Please fix as I often turn my phone off. I purchased this app and after a day of following the exercises, I had 2 full days of almost no lower back pain, without taking any pain reliever (I've had lower back pain for a little over a week when I first wrote this review). For me, It was a no-brainer to buy this when I realized the cost for pain relievers I bought a week ago was about the same as the app. The 31 exercises (you will have to download them after they are unlocked after you do a number of exercises) were awesome as I really feel and hear muscles and joints that I didn't feel before, although my son would laugh at me when I did some of them, saying I looked silly...haha. The videos were easy to follow and of high quality. The important thing is, I now have almost zero back pain, and as far as I remember, taking microbreaks with the help of this app is the only different thing I did. Off course, I will still to go to my doctor to have a complete checkup. :-) Thanks for the very helpful app!
Awesome! This app has helped alleviate lower back pain brought on by my desk job. I am starting to successfully build a new habit of micro breaks and movement. App is simple, stylish and cost effective. I recommend giving it a try!
