Absolutely terrible! Dukascopy's customer service needs to improve a lot... I mean, how about actually resolving the problems customers have (which are often very simple problems) instead of making them wait forever?! This is one of the worst banking experiences I've ever had in my entire life. Believe me.

Horrendous experience. If you want nightmares, then use this bank and its app. My account had €300 in it and it has been existing since 2024. However, I changed my phone number today inside the app and for some reason the account got completely reset and wiped out as if I am opening a new account! Now I don't have access to the old account and I can't even chat with the support directly because I have to do the same ridiculous steps I had to do to open the account the first time around!!

UPDATE: Would put 0 stars if that would be posible its been a week no one has approved my account and there is 0 communication. do not recomend Created account with them more then 2 days ago provided all information needed. they said account verification could take up to 48 hours. Its already been 2 days but no information at all. Tried to contact support but its been 8 hours without response. For now i rate 2 stars but if everything will be resolved fairly quickly might change my rating
