DO NOT BUY OR SUBSCRIBE. This is a scam. I canceled my order and the free trial that came with it. Somehow that didnt matter because they still took my money for the yearly subscription which i never used nor will I ever use. the chatbot is useless , closes the conversation when I explicitly say Do Not close it. It says it has opened tickets , But it has been more than 2 weeks, I have not heard back from them. I want a refund but they will not respond. A real fraud and scam.

They just released 7.5.3. Still bad despite all the complaints. On facts screen, you can still see only a few lines of the description without scrolling and scrolling. You can't see the full location. Initial caps lock stuck on. Cannot enter a paragraph break. Not good for mobile devices. MyHeritage is making it almost impossible to add any research to your relatives.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH MYHERITAGE! I have been deceived by apps in the past with auto renew tactics so much so, that I make it an immediate step in any subscription to turn off auto renewal. Other services I have with auto renewal at least warn me ahead of time if billing will occur to give me time to prepare; not myheritage! Customer support is set up to be impossible. I got around chatbot to leave email to be called two weeks later and told I'm getting a $20 gift card and discount. No thanks
