My wife has played this game for years, it is by far her favourite game - on 25th April she purchased 4,000 coins, but they were not added to her account. She's a regular player, this has happened once or twice in the past but always no problem to get it rectified by contacting Support on the app. This time in spite of repeated emails daily via both app & Facebook asking for help, there has been no response whatsoever from Support, so currently feeling v let down/ripped off/not happy - help! :(

As perfect as a rummy game could get except for the fact that it's nearly impossible to play without buying credit .. you only get two games every other day otherwise. there is not even an option to watch ads to collect coins and the coins are super expensive compared to any game I played before (1$ per game) in other words you're gambling real money be aware

Game could be fun but the time limit does not work. A player moves the game pieces by touching them and moving them where they want. Unfortunately, there is a timer running and as the time becomes shorter it becomes more difficult to move the pieces. Tapping several times on one piece is often required and the time runs out so a penalty is incurred. Ridiculous.
