No longer working properly Worked well for several months. I can easily make loan payments, transfers, and check my balances. Recently, however, I am no longer able to view my transaction history for any of my accounts. Just loads a blank page.
Error code 112 Unistalled it then turned off & turned back on, reinstalled it, put correct info back in & still Error code 112. I had previous issues that I couldn't access my account for multiple days since my credit union switched over to this app.
Great App Great app for my Credit Union account access. My CUID was on the website, or I could use the QR code if I preferred. Error 112 just means I used the wrong password as they are case sensitive.
Why me? Worked great on my last phone, phone got stolen and now it keeps saying invalid CU ID on new phone. I've doubled checked it online, I've called and asked my bank, and checked my checks. It's the same routing # so wth
Just doesn't work Does not recognize a valid CUID. ID number works fine when logging in manually from browser.
I hate it . I can never get it in and then when I try and try and even went to the bank like 5 times to ask for help and I still couldn't get it in . Literally broke down and cried.
