Ratings and reviews

The service provided by the company is good and I appreciate it... But the app, to be very honest, sucks. The graph gets stuck and fails to load in one go. There is no option to log in via fingerprint.... The graphs are hard to see and go through them. The funds option is the worst. I'm thinking of switching to a new broker just because of this issue... There's no proper info about cash balance. It always shows something else. It isn't even instant. The app is very bad. The calls are good.

Since after app updation portfolio report isn't available for bank invested customers which makes no sense at all, so from now on do one thing- Every working day share me details of each share that I hold via mail which must include avg price, CMP, profit/loss both in amount and percentages and everything that portfolio section had in it. Or simply bring back the portfolio section on the app!!! If that is not going to happen then in the coming FY I am switching to another trading platform.

Every time when we open a chart, it goes to 5 minutes time frame. Every time we have to set to our desired time frame which is very repellent. It should be fixed to the time frame which we set. We don't like it at all(We are 3 investors in our family). Area of the canvas of a chart should be improved. Hope you will solve it as soon as possible.
