So disappointed. The call connected, but froze. I got to see a couple of still frames, as the video was frozen and I got to hear a total of about four words for the whole 20 minute phone call. I tried reentering the visit several times but it didn't make a difference. When the video was frozen, the sound was out as well. I hung on thinking something would change but it did not

This system is ineffecient. Very frustrating to have the opportunity to speak with a jailed family member to have this system audio not work or when it does to have so much noise and static that you can't hear each other. Very unreliable. Some days the video is just black. You can't hear or see each other. GTL doesn't want you to update your Microsoft system. But if you don't, you won't get the necessary system and security updates to protect your computer. They should remove themselves or be removed and allow another company to take over video visitation since this system obviously isn't working. I paid for two visits that did not work and have tried calling several times for a refund and held for more than 15 minutes each time and still was not able to get customer service or support on the phone. This is very bad.

This app will charge you even if you put in the wrong security code for your credit card. Sometime you wont get a visit scheduled even if you paid. I have not been automatically refunded as I was told I would be when I called to customer service. The customer service is very bad they don't even look into the problem. I believe they don't even have an option to refund on their end. Its sad because it has become a recurring problem. Oh yeah of course the visit volume is bad on the inmates end. The inmate only gets like 5 minutes of hearing the other person. Should be fixed asap a waste of time and money.
