So disappointed. The call connected, but froze. I got to see a couple of still frames, as the video was frozen and I got to hear a total of about four words for the whole 20 minute phone call. I tried reentering the visit several times but it didn't make a difference. When the video was frozen, the sound was out as well. I hung on thinking something would change but it did not

Reading the reviews really helped me to watch out for certain errors. Like the the (2 of 2) app icon will not appear, but its enabled, as long as (1 of 2) is downloaded. I was able to see the time before the visit at the bottom then I was directed to the page where I were directed to hit "Start Video". There was a lot of echoing with and without my headphones. Overall, I'm excited I was able to see my baby! We didn't even care the echo was mocking us lol. Serious improvements are needed ASAP!

THESE APPS STINK! For 2years I've had the same issue! We're both pixilated. Our videos get dropped. I have to hold perfectly still or our video gets shut out, or I can't see him, but I can see my picture and vice versa. Our sound is staticy & robotic. We spend more time trying to fix our video than actual conversation! I wish the IDOC could find a better app to be used. IDK how many times I have to update a rating. I have commented at least 3 different times in 2 years. I'm done w/y'all
