The app does not work. I am not able to book an appointment, it keeps telling me to try again later and it is frustrating as the telephone receptionist keep tell you to book on the app. It shows the available appointments but the bookings dont go through.

This app is completely useless. It asks to not use it for emergencies. Then after selecting 'none of the above' you end up in a page where it asks if you have new or ongoing medical issues with no way to answer the question. So, stuck in circle. Useless, useless, useless.

Hello Wolfango, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please could you email the make and model of your mobile to askfirst@sensely.com, a member of the team will look to identify the issue you are experiencing. For ongoing (existing) issues, we do ask patients to contact the practice so that a consultation with your regular GP can be arranged.

I found booking an appointment simple to use! However, what I find annoying is that my children have to have separate accounts and that they all need to be different email addresses! I preferred the app I used to use before where I could have 1 account that also had my children on
