Think this is a fantastic idea, but I fear it will need alot of work to become successful. A large portion of people needing medical care, are the elderly. I don't see the likes of Cecil or Margaret using this from their ipads whilst sat in a caravan in Devon for example. Im not sure many elders understand what the word "App" means anyway?? Also, this "app" seems to need further AI development as it still seems very robot like and doesn't replicate a real human at all, by repeating the same answers like. Oh, it sounds like indigestion. You should call 999 immediately. Hopefully, it proves to look better in the future with promising features such as the self care section and another that allows you to book appointments too. Good luck to this app to be honest.
Don't see the point, tried it by answering alot of questions only to be told to call the non emergency line, save your self time don't install and just call the number instead
Excellent app to support the NHS
I can't even set my birth date
Initial page is clear but if you select a wrong menu you can't get out back to the home screen. It rambles on telling you it can't log in to book an appointment but it can ring but you can't get out and back to the start. If you back on your phone and go in again it starts from where it was. Had to wait till it had completely finished before I could get back to the start. Very frustrating when you're just trying to find your way round.
I have tried this app on three different tablets and had problems on each one. On the ASUS S 8.0 and the Shield K1 once I opened the app I could not exit, other than resetting the tablet. On the Google Nexus 7 the app told me that the tablet is not compatible with the app. All tablets are fully up to date regarding software.
