Wonderful app in that it gives me all the information on solar time that I desire. But minor programming ommissions are really annoying. *It doesn't rotate on the device, and you are stuck with vertical orientation on your device. *You can only set three alarms, two during daylight, and one at night. *The user manual is long on art, but short on descriptions. All in all, I am only giving it three stars for not following along with usual conventions on Android devices. Otherwise it would have recieved five stars for working well ...
Very stylishly and neatly designed app Thank you so much! I was looking for something like this couple of years ago, but to no avail, and just today my dream has come true. Almost ;) (1) It drains battery, even when running in background. In my case it's 10% per hour, which is 2-3 times faster than normal. Probably because it's built on Adobe Air. (2) To me, there is one critical piece missing - ability to place it in a workspace as a WIDGET. Would make it MUCH more accessible. (3) In Ayurveda and other Vedic sciences a time measuring unit is muhurta (1/15th of day and 1/15th of night time). Each muhurta has it's own unique characteristics. Dominating Dosa changes every 5 muhurtas. Especially important time of the day is Brahma muhurta which is a period of 2 muhurtas before sunrise. This time is perfect for spiritual practices, and generally, anyone concerned with his health and well-being, should rise during this special time. It would be very nice if Ayurveda Sundial would indicate Brahma muhurta and had ablity to set the alarm at the start of it. (4) Also, would be nice if it supported more time/date formats, besides 12 hour AM/PM time format and 'm.d.yyyy' date format.

• Generally, the app is designed for smartpahones. and therefore using it on TABLETS may NOT be very satisfactory. Because of this reason only 2 Layouts are activ. A tablet version is planned.
