Used to be good, then started having issues where I'd get notified via email that I had new mail, but the app wouldn't show. They finally fixed the bug a couple months ago but now it's back. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to show the changes. Hope they get this fixed soon or I'll have to start looking for a new service.

One of the main concerns with this company is the excessive and seemingly predatory fee structure. For example, shipping a package from my address to myself costs $40–$50—$24.99 for a padded envelope and another $24.99 for shipping, or alternatively, a $10 fee just to pick up a package. In contrast, my small business can handle similar logistics for a fraction of that cost. Additionally, the monthly subscription fee covers access to an a app and website that are dated and barely functional.

Hi Enrique, Thanks for your review. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose. Your base subscription provides you with many services, the most importance of which is your unique virtual address. None of our locations charge $10 for pickups. Sincerely, iPostal1

UPDATE: It started working again for a week or two, and now the App won't reload, for several weeks. Why have an app of I have to use the website for consistent access? this isn't 2008. App suddenly won't finish loading as of two days ago. It'll load on the website but I can't preview mail items there. Great service in theory, but service really depends on the actual store that's at the other end too. Very hit or miss.
