Note 3 Great app I've had it 2 year's now and working great. Had one small problem where I would open app worked fine then next time I couldn't do nothing. Figured out it was running in background had to shut it down and it would work again. Had an update and it was fixed.
For the limited features on the app, they work. There are a number of features that are available on the website but not here in the app, such as modifying my own schedule. They should be easy to port since it's probably all just simple REST calls. But they have not done so.
The only reason this app gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because it worked great... back when it USED to work! Over a month ago I noticed I could no longer log-in through the app on my Android phone. It tells me that the user/password info I entered is not correct. However, when I log-in through my laptop everything is fine. Now my wife is saying the app is doing the same thing on her iPhone. Please fix this... this is very frustrating!
I used to think that this app was great until the app and it's updates prevented me from manually adjusting the temperature. I try to adj. Temp, I get the send to tstat message but numbers don't change. Frustrating!
Some good, some bad... Control menu pretty feeble, it allows setpoint change and turn schedule off. If you want to turn it back on you have to go to the Configure menu, hmm. The Info menu gives good info on your usage and sensor readings. The bad category includes no schedule access, or mode change if in schedule mode. And worse is login issues on some devices (as noted by others) that tech support hasn't solved yet. Responded quickly to my email but then did nothing more than I had already done to fix, and didn't fix.
Works, but not nearly detailed enough. Should have the ability to adjust everything you can set from the Thermostat itself, or from the web browser. Why can I not adjust my schedule from the app?
