The AJCV association (Association of Young Visceral Surgeons) was created in 2005, governed by the law of July 1, 1901 and the decree of August 16, 1901. This association aims to coordinate, continue training, defend the interests and information for interns, assistant clinical heads and young surgeons practicing visceral, general and digestive surgery.
As part of this desire for mutual aid, the association wanted to offer its members an application focused on the practical management of visceral and digestive emergencies.
The AJCV Urgences Viscerales application is exclusively intended for downloading and educational use by interns in general and digestive surgery and young assistant clinical heads involved in the management of surgical emergencies.
The application aims to give the user a structured approach to the initial management, further investigations, diagnosis and therapeutic strategy of a wide range of common visceral emergencies.
This application is offered free of charge as an educational tool to aid in knowledge of the management of common visceral emergencies. The information is intended as an educational guide for clinical practice only. In all clinical situations, healthcare professionals and physicians must exercise judgment.
