About this app
The app is designed specially for playing audio books.
Assumed that you have audiobooks and already copied them to your phone.
First 30 days Full version. Later - Basic version.
Features:
+ Chromecast support.
+ Playback speed control.
+ Classification of books (new, started, finished).
+ Download cover from the Internet.
+ List of characters. You can manually create a list of characters to easier follow the story.
+ Automatic pause in case you fall asleep. To continue playback just shake your phone.
+ Playback history.
+ Application Widget. Allows you to control the player from the home screen.
+ By specifying a root folder containing all your audiobook, you can exclude your folders which contains music and other audio files.
+ You don't have to finish one book to start another. The progress is saved independently for all books.
+ NO ADS!
To purchase (restore after reinstalling) full version press:

Phone must be connected to the Internet.
Full version cost is $2.

Now THIS is the BEST audiobook app! I'm truly impressed by the level of features, and the full version is truly worth the cost. Importing audio files is a breeze, bookmarks are easy to use, and covers can be assigned from Google just perfectly. The offline functionality of this app and playing while the screen is closed really sell it for me, as I can make folders of downloads (even songs) and loop them and listen to them on the go without issue, as nothing else I have can do this.

Great App, but no sync feature is holding it back. Alex Software don't think about it, make it happen. The sync function allows me to read to a certain point on my phone. And pick up where I left off on my tablet. Without me having to figure out which chapter I was on. Like Audible and Listen Audiobook Player.

But why do you switching to the tablet?
Is it because of sound quality of speakers on the tablet, or something else?

This is the best audiobook player out there. Easy to use. No ads. I use it on average about 6hrs/day at work. I even download podcast videos from the net, use some other software to turn them into an audio only audiobook, and listen to my podcasts on this app. Definitely a must have for anyone that listens to audiobooks regularly. And since any audiobook you have here will be DRM free, you never have to worry about Amazon or someone suddenly altering or removing your audiobook.

+ Updated app notification. Sorry, there is no way to show custom notifications anymore.
+ Android Auto: Previous file and Next file button icons are replaced with Rewind and Fast forward icons (behavior wasn't changed).
+ Added monochrome launcher icon.
+ The app language can be chosen independently from system language:
Settings-> Apps-> Smart AudioBook Player-> Language
