Things to remember:
• To use My Vodafone you should login or create an account with just your username
and password.
• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to a mobile network or Wi-Fi to register your device. Just to note, even if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance you can proceed with the account activation.

Ratings and reviews

Not well planned at all. English mode still has lots of Albanian. App requires sms 2FA which doesn't work if you don't have a phone plan. If your android uses 3-button navigation then parts of the app's critical functionality are cut off the screen (including the payment button). Text is half cut off in areas. It is a pain to sign into. And more.

The app logs you out if you haven’t used it for a while — no one knows exactly when or why. I mean, it’s not a social network; I’m not going to check it every morning while sipping my coffee. I usually open it maybe once a month, just to choose a package. On top of that, if you don’t remember your login details, even after filling in all the required fields, you’ll most likely just get error messages. I was going to rate it with only 1 Star but Customer Service is nice (so 2 stars)

the app is very slow, practically unusable.
