What a gym app should strive to be It may not be the best app around, bit it was the only one who could get me to do more than 15 pushups in a row and do a couple actual chinups (instead of pullups). 2 dollars well spent. It comes with graphical statistics of your improvements, which is awesome
Great for beginners Does the job of you do the work. Easy to follow. I'm sweating right now. You have to push yourself
Good program for most part. It could be just a little more user friendly. It would also be nice to suggest cardio to add in or a whole routine for all of the movements at once. Something varied to keep it interesting, not just all pushups then sit-ups etc. or 1st round of each then 2nd etc. Just my thoughts though
All you need I downloaded it to remind me to do my daily push ups. This app is perfect for the reminders and I really like how it calculates your reps. Nice, clean, effective, and simple.
Simple and hopefully effective I have only used it for a few days, but I like the simple focused approach and clean interface. It would be nice to have a mode in which two complementary exercises could be combined in one routine.
Perfect App Does one thing and does it really well. Love it. I really appreciate the ability to get my data out of the app for my own purposes.
