Awesome for a frequent traveler. Besides the chin ups I have no excuse while I'm traveling to not do my exercises right there in my hotel room. So far in all my travels I've always had my body with me and therefore my weight set. I love tracking my progress and the app is super easy to use.
Bit of a waste of money. Yay! You can set an alarm and count, you've now got the just 6 weeks app. Nothing regarding good form, nothing beyond setting alarms for you and giving you new set counts
Motivation! I wanted to get back in shape. Needed something to guide me that wasnt too intimidating. Started me off slow and worked me up. Love this app. Love the reminders you can set. Helps me keep to a schedule.
Simple, motivating program for strength habits Does just what it says--pushes you toward mastering your chosen fitness programs with a sense of drive toward a big number. Only thing I could request is some sort of web sync, for those who switch between devices or reset somewhat often.
One gets one fit... Just do it with a great tool to incentivise. However I note from September onwards the Arm Dip exercise at beginning of Week 4 suddenly ramps up the target numbers and progressively tapers off towards end of Week 6. Normally targets are built up over the weeks not in reverse. Other exercises graduated targets ok. Be prepared for some real hard yards after Week 6 if restarting at Week 4. UPDATE 31/5/2016 TIP: How to transfer STATS from Samsung S3 to S7. Copy files under folder system/sdcard/android/data/alexcrusher.just6weeks/ Note you can delete or rename the original files on S7 after clean install, before transfer of files.
