Latest Update....? With the latest upd8 the routine is easier now and I kinda don't like it. I was on a good track and I liked the pace and the adjustment to each new routine. Now it's about half what it was. So I either guess what the old one would be or do the new updated routines and use it as a minimum rep suggestion. I would prefer the old routine setup with the new update. Is this possible? Also the updated version does accurately record the number of reps I enter for each set but it ends be correct for the total reps
Barely getting anywhere? Maybe it's my fault I'm not really making progress, but just doing the numbers assigned by this app are barely doing anything for me, a person with very little upper-body strength. I can do maybe two more consecutive pushups than I could when I started. Will persevere with added exercise.

Good Program This program is what it says. You will work your way up to do more push-ups in a row. Should not be your whole workout but should be included in a workout routine.
I'm getting there After an on and off schedule I'm finally doing week five regularly. This is a great app but the latest update made week five set number different then their website. Don't worry if you get stuck. Your muscles have to catch up. My advice is to collapse from your last set (pushups till you cant) and get a goal/habit keeper app.
Pushups I haven't pushups for about 20 years and started using this app. Into week 4 without missing a target. It is getting tough but it should do. I think it is a great app. Using the situps as well
