I have been using it for a month and maxed the sit up portion of my army PT test (80 sit ups x 2mins).
Love this app as I can set the timer across the week and it alerts me to work out.
I like anything that diesbthe thinking for me and gives me the plan so I can just execute. Time is limited.
If you want to up your sit up count it's a simple app that works. I use it every time to prep for my PT test
Good app but wish it would announce rep count between sets and auto start next( as option)
Had no way of recording how many sit-ups I did 🤔
