I enjoy this app a lot. It is great for lazy people loke me. Starts with short excersises and allows you to increase the time gradually. Also 39 days training option is great for those who wants to follow a certain routine and see the results. Looking forward mine.
I would be more impressed if it gave encouraging words. That's a huge part in staying motivate when first starting. But all in all its a very good app and I enjoy using it.
