They keep your money and don't return it. Fraudulent app. I tried to add a debit card, was charged twice with verification amounts that were never returned. The debit card wasn't added either, so I assume this is a complete scam.

Terrible app, allows taxi drivers to "confirm" they've arrived when they're miles away, with no option for the user to do anything about it - wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting for a driver who "arrived" but was miles away and not moving at all, I couldn't cancel it. It also gives no ETA, so you're stuck wondering when the driver will arrive.

Service is good, if they are able to provide it. Cars are not available in the mornig, afternoon, evening. Poor functionality, can't order more than one car, can't add neither stops nor more than one destinations. Can't see current charge during ride without looking at driver's phone. If tariff changed during car search you will never get the order accepted until it auto-cancelled after 5 minutes and you place another order with higher tariff. Please improve it!
